• Comment: TFs response time to address the water leak and potential damage was excellent especially as we were going into Christmas/ New Years weeks. Mark's management of the project was very professional and thorough. His clear, concise communication kept me up to date and allowed me to make informed decisions as the project developed. The project was delivered on time and in budget.
